Our warranty

We stand behind everything we make. Every Lumora product is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the day your order is delivered.

What’s covered

• LEDs that stop working or don’t light up as they should
• Faults with the control panel or buttons, including timer, intensity or pulsing settings that don’t work
• A battery that won’t charge, or won’t hold a charge, under normal use
• A faulty charging cable supplied with your order
• Stitching, Velcro or fabric that fails under normal use

What isn’t covered

• Accidental damage, including damage from chewing, stepping, kicking or dropping
• Water damage from submerging the sleeve, hosing over it or using it under running water. Lumora is water and sweat resistant, not waterproof.
• Normal wear and tear, such as the Velcro gradually losing some grip, or cosmetic marks
• Damage caused by misuse, by not following the instructions, or by repairs or modifications not carried out by us
• Items that have been lost or stolen

How to make a claim

1. Email support@lumoraequine.com with your order number.
2. Tell us what’s happening, and include a photo or short video of the problem if you can.
3. We may suggest a few quick checks first, such as fully charging the sleeve, as this often solves the issue.
4. If we confirm a fault that’s covered, we’ll arrange the next steps with you.

What we’ll do

If your product is covered, we’ll repair or replace it. If neither is possible, we’ll refund you instead. Any replacement is covered for the rest of your original warranty period.

Your rights

This warranty is in addition to, and doesn’t affect, any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you. In your first 30 days, you can also return your order for a full refund under our money-back guarantee.
